Joyschool for Macee

I've always loved doing Joyschool Groups with each of my girls from 2-4yrs old. Its the perfect outlet for them and me while still allowing me to get my teaching fix every couple of weeks. As life as gotten more hectic I've done more low-key groups and it works perfect. For this year we have 4 kids, 2 boys, 2 girls and we meet once a week for 2 hours. So for 3 weeks I drop Macee off at one of the other Mom's house for 2 hours, and then on the 4th week all the kiddos come to my house and I get to plan the lesson. Macee has LOVED going to each of her friends houses and gets even more excited on the days we do it at our house!

I had just told her where she was going right before snapping this pic so she was still processing and asking me some clarifying questions as I started taking pics!

 Ready to Pose!!

First day of Joyschool at our house!
We were painting with icecubes made with food coloring. Such a fun way to paint for toddlers. You put popsicle sticks in the tray before freezing so they have a nice handle to grip and as they move it across the paper the ice melts and paints on the paper!

Outdoor time with Macee's good friend Zuri!
