I've been meaning to record this for awhile now before I forget. But Mia is starting to lose some of the cute ways she says things because of not being physically able to pronounce things correctly and it makes me sad because I think some of those funny words are so cute!
But here a few things that make me smile every time I hear them.
She will often call Maddi "Sweetie Heart" combining two little nicknames we use for our kids!
And almost every Monday we sing Popcorn Popping on the Apricot tree because it's one of the songs Maddi knows and loves and it cracks me up because Mia still says "on the ACER-POT tree!"
Lance celebrated his 30th Birthday at the end of September and we kept things pretty low key but had a fun time celebrating. The girls helped me make a big sign to put in front of the house and then we had a special dinner, and Mia insisted on having a water balloon fight which was also fun and Lance requested a tres leche cake which we all enjoyed to end the night! Over the weekend Lance had some guy friends over to play games and they all bought him a new game which we've had fun playing.
