Ella's 5th Birthday!

Can't believe Ella's 5!
It really seems like yesterday that she was born and we were just finishing grad school...hard to believe we've lived in California as long as we lived in Indiana!
It's been so fun to see Ella's personality explode this last year. With her sister's gone at school all day we've seen just how much she loves being with people...I think Ella could be with people ALL the time and be perfectly happy! She is very determined, concerned with choosing the right, a speedy runner, a game and puzzle lover, a daredevil when it comes to gymnastic tricks, a little mother hen in our family making sure everyone is following the rules and never left behind and ever excited about life! We love you Ella!

A Breakfast Date with Daddy! She chose Rolling Pin Donuts! A Camarillo Favorite!

So big!

Half Marathon for Lance.... Time Out For Women for Me

Chesboro Half Marathon March 2014
This is the second year in a row for Lance.  He loves this race because it's a trail run. Here he is with his Running Buddies!

The same weekend of the race I got to meet my friend Amy in Long Beach for Time Out For Women. What a fun weekend and a chance to catch up with a great friend! I even made it back home in time to meet up with Lance and everyone for the post race dinner that night. :) And big Thank You to Grandma Tresa who watched the girls while we were gone! :)

General Women's Meeting

So fun to have Mia and my Mom with me at the General Women's Meeting this year! Mia was so excited. And what a sweet spirit there was at the meeting with all those cute girls!  :)

Gotta have ice-cream afterwards!

So grateful to have this sweet girl in our family! A wonderful oldest child, helpful, caring, responsible, fun, energetic, happy, life is always a party to Mia and we love that about her!
