Cute Ella!
Last year Ella was too nervous to get on stage for her performance but afterwards told us that she would get on stage when she was 5! Well this was her year and after we promised to NOT smile at her while she was on stage (apparently people smiling at her is her number one fear when it comes to performing! haha) , and went ahead of time to the theater so we could practice walking on and off before the dress rehearsal even began she felt like she could handle it and what a proud moment for her when she accomplished her goal! :) Her class performed a ballet routine.
Maddi's class performed a Jazz Routine which was peppy and so fun to watch. She was thrilled to get to be a cartwheeler in her dance. Towards the end of the routine she and 2 other girls did a cartwheel up to the front of the stage. She practiced and practiced to get her cartwheel down pat! It was so fun to watch her go for her goal!
Oh Mia!
She took a hip-hop class only this year. She really enjoyed the high-energy aspect of the class but I have to say she was a little disappointed when she saw her costume! :) No frills for this costume but when watching the routine the costumes were really cute. And as you can see from the pics below, she had no trouble getting into character for this dance! :)
The day of Dress Rehersal Mia's friend Cam, got to join us for the hair, makeup, and costume prep! She fits right in with this crazy bunch of girls and I was impressed with myself for getting 4 girls ready and actually getting there on time! :) A serious accomplishment in my world. :)
Some last minute Cartwheel practice for Maddi!

Ella and Kylee
This little one is just waiting for her turn to get on stage but had lots of fun sitting with Mom and Dad for the show!
