It was so fun to get to spend time with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson on our Disneyland trip. They were able to stay for a couple of days after, and we enjoyed a Very Cold, Very Windy, Very Brief beach trip (but more like, jump out of the car, step onto the sand, snap a quick picture and JUMP back into the car) :), Clam Chowder, Church, Storytime at the library before taking Mia to school, Maddi getting to skip preschool and hang out with the Grandparents and meet Lance for lunch (she felt SO important this day and STILL talks about it!), and a little mini piano lesson preview for Mia (Oh how we wish we lived near Grandma and could take actual lessons from her! Mia loved this and still plays the 3 songs she learned).
