Our Month of Travel

We were also able to run down to Provo and see my Grandparents and Mom for a bit!

We deemed the month of Nov/Dec as "Our Month of Visitors" because we enjoyed 4 visits from friends and family from Thanksgiving to Christmas so we decided that January would be deemed "The Month of Travel" because we took 4 different trips within 3 weeks. Ella took her first plane ride, we left the older girls for the longest we've ever left them (3 days!), and I added it up and found that I entertained children in a car for 40 hours total within those 3 weeks! :)

Our first trip of the new year was down to Utah to attend Lance's Grandma's funeral. It was a

blessing in disguise as we had the wonderful opportunity of celebrating her life and saying goodbye but also as we got to spend time with all of Lance's siblings and almost all of the cousins.
Yet another reason to be grateful for this time that we've had living close to family.
