Random June 2014

Joyschool Day with Ella. :) We made fruit pizzas.

Afterschool playdate with these fun friends!

Open House at the girls' school. Maddi's class created a pet shop. She sewed a bird (a parrot I believe) for the shop. Maddi's job in the "Pet Shop" was an "Excerciser" (see her badge in the pic). :)

Maddi's "Starry Night".

One of Maddi's art pieces was featured in the art exhibition during open house!

One of Mia's art pieces was also featured in the art exhibition!

Took these two cuties with me to Costco one morning! This one of Macee's most favorite friends who's also our neighbor. She calls her Zu-Zu (short for Zuri) and just loves her to pieces!!

Another tooth lost for this one!

I saw an idea where you put post-it notes of your to-dos on your cupboard and then as you complete something you remove the post-it note. It was going okay until as you see I was putting more than one item on one post-it note and after a week I had this massive cupboard filled with TONS of post-it notes (clearly too much to do!) and one morning after the kids left for school I found this cute little note from Mia amdist the millions of other notes. Haha Brightened my day.

Kind of turned into a bloodbath for this little girl getting her Kinder shots! She somehow never got one of her shots so in addtion to the 3 kinder shots, bloodwork, and a finger prick she had to get a fourth shot! Poor thing...she was SO brave though. Did WAY better than some of my other children. ;) Look at ALL those bandaids! YIKES

So Sad to see Macee sick but I got some rare cuddle time with her one afternoon when she fell asleep on my lap!

Lance got in on the cuddle action and finished the nap up with Macee while I finished dinner!

My Mom was here visiting when the Harvest Moon happened. She had been talking to us all week about and was really excited (I guess it comes around only so many years) and so we all got into it!

Maddi got to take home the class "Pet" Harold. I have love/hate relationship with this stuffed animal. So glad it's not a real living thing we have to be responsible for but a stuffed animal that goes home with every kid?? Ughhh Maddi gets so excited to have her turn though (as do all the kids) and I absolutley love her teacher..soooo... Harold goes STRAIGHT into the washer to take a bath as SOON as her gets to our house! :) Here he is fresh out of the dryer!
