Well after doing one year of season passes the first year we were here, we told the girls we'd get them again once Macee turned two so this was our year! We thought it would be fun to bring my Mom along with us so we planned a week long trip right after Mother's Day. Well you would think living here we'd know the best weeks to go and while that may be true considering the crowds, we could have never anticipated that we would pick THE hottest week of the year for our Disney Trip. It was in the high 90s the entire week with at least three days up around 104 degrees! Ahhh..I think it kept the crowds down a bit but, WOW, it definitely created it's own challenges! In spite of it though we still had an amazingly fun time and are the proud owners of two Disney Spray Bottle/Fans! Back when we got season passes the first time, Lance's parents came with us, and again while it really was a magical experience it also rained ALMOST the whole 3 days we were there...we had winter coats, gloves and hats on at some points and became the proud owners of Disney Ponchos that we STILL have! We are creating a tradition of jinxing the California weather when we do a big Disney Trip. :) These pics are completely out of order
For Day 1 we did California Adventure:
Ariels Grotto for lunch the first day. With four girls you can't beat this place!
My phone got switched to black and white somehow!
What a fun surprise to run into some of our favorite friends, the Rands family, on our first day!
Avery, Mia, Makaya, Maddi, and Ella.
Miles and Macee
Hanging out with Mom while everyone else rides Soarin over California.
End of the first night.
It wouldn't be a Disney Trip unless you have at least two children asleep in the stroller that you have to fold down to get on a shuttle!
Let the week begin! Waiting of the shuttle outside our hotel. :)
One of my dimple Girls!
First Ride of the Day!!!
Ariel's Undersea Adventure. :)
Macee wasn't so sure...
Goofy's Sky School! A first for me and Ella..I was pregnant with Macee last time we came and had to miss out on this ride.
Lots of Carousel Time with these two while the big kids on Screamin.
Mia's been waiting awhile to be old enough for this ride! This was a her first time and she loved it!
Mia and I on California Screamin...Mia is too short to see in this pic.
The Chew Chew Train
Ella was the only one wanting to dress up in a princess outfit for Ariels' Grotto. :) She was so excited! It's hard to believe that Mia was this age and Maddi just a bit younger last time we came and they were both SO excited to wear their princess dresses!
Macee spent the first part of lunch like this!
I don't think I would ever pay for the a copy of these pics they take while you are on the ride, but I sure do love seeing them (and snapping my own pic of the screen!) after the ride. My Mom and I have some pretty awesome hair in this!
Cars Land was still being built last time we came so it was a treat to get to see it all!
Best Buds!
Feeling so big driving their own cars!
Bumper Cars...last time Ella was here she was Macee's age so this was like going for the first time again! :)
Macee loved Bugs Land
Waiting for the Aladdin Show to begin...and trying to stay cool!
Love that Ella dimple!
