Soccer

Soccer Season

We had our first soccer experience this fall when Maddi and Mia each joined a team. They were struggling to find enough coaches so I talked Lance into coaching Maddi's team and it ended up being a great experience for both of them. We were glad to get our Saturday's back when it was all over but had a lot of fun spending the day at the field while it lasted. They were both quite excited about the game and ran their little hearts out. We loved seeing them work so hard and put their all into it.

This is Maddi's team, the "Blasters" ...she is #7

Go Maddi! The tunnel at the end was always the best part.

Mia's team, "Purple Lightening Girls"

I don't have many action shots from Mia's games. I think the 2 year difference in age makes a big difference on the soccer field and while we found ourselves laughing and smiling the whole way through Maddi's games, we were doing a lot more nail biting, and edge of our seats sitting (or standing), and cheering during Mia's games...hence the lack of pictures!
