Family Pictures

Over Thanksgiving weekend, a friend of ours offered to take family pictures for us to help her build her portfolio for the photography business she is starting. This is the kind of offer I can never refuse so we had a blast getting some family pictures done at the beach. It had been really rainy and cold (for California!) so we weren't sure how it would all turn out but thankfully we had some sunshine that day and while it was pretty windy at least we didn't freeze.

On our way home from our little photo shoot we stopped off in Malibu at a beach someone had told us about. It was fun to play in the sand for a bit and soak up the sunshine.

Poor Maddi...so sad about something...(I honestly can't remember what)
