A week ago we went down to Indy to watch Lance compete in a Sprint Triathalon (that's a 500 meter swim, 10 mile bike, and a 3 mile run). He and his friend Justin both competed so it was fun to get to watch them both do this! I was a little jealous that I wasn't doing it with him....but maybe next year! He said it was more fun than running the mini-marathon and he wants to do something like this every year. The girls had fun watching for him to come around at each check point and cheering for their Dadddy!

Kathleen, what a fun post! Looks like you guys are doing so many fun things! I wish we could have gotten together while we were out there! Hey what kind of double stroller do you have? And do you like it? We have to get one and I just don't know what I want!!

A sprint triathalon sound like something I could actualy do! I should look into it one of these days when I'm back in shape! Looks like a lot of fun cheering Lance on!

How fun! I did one in April and loved it...I am just having a hard time committing to the next one! I have to agree that tri's are more fun than mini-marathons!
