Hanging out in Seattle

Stroller brigaide. We tried going on a "little" hike from a park to a shopping center where we would end by eating icecream and then head back. We were a crazy looking group with all of our strollers, bikes, and scooters and while it was a good goal we made it probably 1/4 of the way THERE and then turned around packed the kids back in the cars and DROVE to the icecream store. Whatever works! At least we all had fun.

ALL the cousins in one place including babies!

Luke eating lunch while icing his wounded head: the price you pay for having fun with cousins. I think they were all having the greatest time throwing rocks at this point! His awesome Mom Jodi constructed this cool looking "ice-pack headband" to get Luke to keep it on his head. We all thought she should try and market these!

Mia and Isabel got to have a couple slumber parties with each other and as hard as she tried Mia could never quite make it through all the books!

Ella started smiling while we were in Seattle. However she didn't save it for her Mommy. Aunt Jodi got her first smile, and I think Aunt Lisa and my Aunt Tawnya got a few smiles. I didn't get one until we got back to Spokane! :) That's okay though.... I was just glad to see her finally do it. It feels like I've been waiting for it, for Forever!

All the Bradbury Family Grandkids minus the four babies (Grecia, Ella, Chloe, and Liam). We haven't had all my siblings AND all our kids in the same place in a long time.

Grandma reading books to the grandkids.

Cutest Babies EVER! For those who haven't heard, my older sister Jen and her husband Kelly adopted these two little miracle babies right before Christmas this past year. They were born in November at 24 weeks gestation and weighed about a pound each. It's truly a miracle that they are here! This was my first time seeing them and they are just adorable and the happiest little babies with tons of personality. They are 5 months older than Ella but only weighed about 1-2 pound more then her when we saw them this last month.

Cute Luke and Mercedes (Erik and Jodi's kids) holding Ella.

Lance was only able to stay in Seattle for the Weekend and then he flew back to Spokane to go back to work and I stayed for a few extra days in Seattle with my family and we had a great time.

Mia, Isabel (Jen's Daughter) and Luke (Erik's son) enjoying their candy at the reception.

Kelly (Jen's husband) and cute Chloe (One of Jen's Twins)

The cupcake Princess! Jill had cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels, candy jars, and cake at her reception and my little girls thought they had died and gone to heaven. Maddi was seen eating about 20 chocoloate covered pretzel sticks and she would eat just down to wear the chocolate stopped and then ditch the rest of the pretzel in random spots! We love our little Maddi!

My cute girls. Mia felt SO big holding Ella for the picture.

All Jill and Dane's neices and nephews. So So cute!

Mia Maddi and Ayden (My sister Lisa's cute little boy)
It was so fun to be at Jilly's wedding. She and Dane make such a cute, fun couple, their reception was just beautiful. Jill planned everything out herself and had such great ideas and it was so fun to be with Family. Congrats Jill and Dane we love you!

Father's Day

We celebrated Father's Day a few days early since we would be in Seattle for my sister's wedding on Father's Day. The girls and I got Lance a game that he had been wanting and they were very excited to give it to him because they had helped pick it out at the store. It was funny because I took all three girls with me to the mall earlier that day to go pick up the game and when I pulled into the parking lot I realized that I had forgotten my stroller. I only had to go into one store (although this being my first time at the mall in Spokane I wasn't sure which side of the mall it was on....and keep in mind that at this point I was still VERY new to taking ALL 3 kids out of the house by myself) so anyway....I had no other time to get the gift so I gave my best guess as to which side of the mall I thought the store was on, carried Ella's Car seat and monitor bag in one had and held onto Maddi's hand with the other and had Mia hold onto Maddi's other hand. We were quite the sight and got lots of funny stares but we did it. The girls behaved, my arm didn't fall off and we got the game. It felt like and adrenaline rush when I got home. The things you get excited about as a Mom! :)

Backyard Bar-b-que

We had to break the backyard in by having a little bar-b-que and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in our firepit! I think the girls ate and entire watermellon betweent the two of them!

Happy Be-lated Birthday to Me

So I celebrated my 28th Birthday the day we got to Spokane so needless to say there wasn't a whole lot celebrating going on, but Lance being the great husband that he is, didn't forget and when we walked into the house we are renting there was a bouquet of flowers sitting over the fireplace. It was a fun little surprise! And thank you to everyone who called and to Lance's family who kept celebrating with us everytime we stopped at one of their houses on our drive out. I think the only person who forgot my Birthday was....ME!!!!

Bonding Time

Cool Maddi

Lance and I were cracking up looking at these pictures of Maddi. Maddi probably spends 90% of the day just like this: arms full of purses, keys, and any other accessory she can get her hands on.

My Cute Girls

Goodbye Car Bed....Hello Big Girl Car Seat...with lots of padding

Shortly after Ella's Two Month Birthday we did our own little Car Seat test and switched her to the regular car seat. Although the Car bed was good to us and we have fond memories of it's 70's looking style, we are loving life with a car seat that doesn't have to sit sideways on the seat, and that can snap in and out of the car instead of having to be threaded and buckled using the seat belt every time. And thanks to some great car seat inserts with lots of padding Ella as enjoyed life in the "Big Girl" Car seat.

Ella Two Months Old

Ella at 2 months: Still on the Monitor, Still in the Car Bed, Enjoying her binkie, and being Swaddled, Gaining Weight she was over 7lbs after we got to Spokane, and still wearing premie/newborn clothes. It's funny because she's the 3rd girl but hasn't worn any hand-me-downs from her sisters yet. They are all on loan from her premie friend Kingsley and her cousin Chloe.

Ella One Month Old

Right before we moved and right when Ella turned a month old, my friend Kelly who is an awesome photographer took some really cute photos of Ella.
If you would like to see them they are on her proofing website

Thank you Kelly.

I have GREAT friends who are VERY talented.

Spokane

Downtown

The Fun and HUGE Radio Flyer Wagon and Slide that they have Downtown

One of the beautiful parks near our home. I love all the Trees.
So we made it to Spokane in June and have enjoyed living here for the past month. We are renting an older house on a nice little street, and after lots and lots of cleaning we really like it. We have nice neighbors, lots of parks nearby, Lance is about 10 minutes from work and we are about 10 minutes from downtown and the freeway so we feel really close to just about everything and I have personally decided that a GPS is my new best friend. It has been wonderful living in a new city and allowed me to be much more adventurous than I would normally be.
